Eye of the day ft. MUA Eyeshadow Trio in Pink Sorbet

Superdrug in Warrington banished all their MUA Pro products for a little while (and here was me thinking they had obviously sold out of everything until I asked what happened!), but now finally they've set up a makeshift table to display them on.

Yay!

Anyways, I was playing around with the palettes and stuff and saw these little trio eyeshadows, so I swatched them and the pigmentation and the colour and texture just, omg, I am so excited about these and want to buy them all!

 Pink eyeshadow has been something I've been wanting to buy for a while now, MAC has a few pretty shades, but to be honest, I don't know if I want to risk buying more expensive pink eyeshadows incase they make me look tired or something, and then I'll be writing up another product regret buys post. >.>

Anyways, when I saw this MUA trio I fell in love a little bit. I really did, it's so gorgeous.

When I find something that's a true bargain, I often think to myself, "If this was repackaged and sold by MAC, Urban Decay, Too Faced, etc, I would still buy it!" It makes me feel even more chuffed with my bargainous purchase. Is that weird? Is it just me who does things like that?!

£2.50 for three eyeshadows... that swatched beautifully, smoothly and were pretty much the shades of pink I was interested in... I just couldn't resist. :)

I did this make-up with them today. I will say, they kicked up a bit of dust when I picked up colour with my crease brush, but eh, it's not bothersome for me. I really hate to be negative and nit picky because it's something that truly doesn't bother me. A little powderiness never hurt anybody, right? Especially for £2.50! But I kinda feel like I should mention the little things, incase it bothers somebody else reading this. :]

And please excuse my crepey under-eyes. I'm working on it. :P

(If I don't powder my concealer slides off and if I do powder it ends looking like that. Bah!)

I also used the palest one as a cupid's bow highlight.

I put on Benefit Mod Squad lipstick and it complimented the eyes perfectly! :)

I promise I may get my face in one of these make-up posts one day, aha.
